I like the multiple body formats concept. They seem to suggest that one can be field-converted into another though it's perhaps not trivial.
Battery modularity is a fine idea. However the maximum battery capacity of 30 kWh is not very much by today's standards. "Range per kWh approx. 20 km." seems more than a bit optimistic, especially since it appears to have the aerodynamic characteristics of a cinderblock. In fact I see a lot of "approx." on this page, which suggests to me that they ain't got nothin' real so far; it's all back-of-envelope and computer renderings. I won't much get into the practicality of wheel motors. They work well on bikes so some engineers think they sound great on cars, until they actually try them out. The Mitsubishi Imiev was supposed to have them, too. I also wonder how it will fare in a collision. As with the practical and efficient but not very crashworthy Asian snub-nose pickups, YOU are the crush zone. But yeah - it's cute, as boxes go. Some good ideas here. Good luck to 'em.
