Yeah, I'm sure. That's how some Chinese companies work - they make knockoffs. Copyrights and trademarks don't seem to count for much there. Remember all the Smart lookalike EVs from a while back? Probably around 2006-2009. They gave Mercedes pearl-clutching fits. The Flybo comes to mind: You can find pictures of it on the web. But I don't see how that's relevant here. The car in the video clip isn't a Leaf. It's not even similar. It looks more like a smallish SUV. It also has a fuel filler door (or maybe a charging connection) on the left rear quarter panel.
