Absolutely correct - some slack is appropriate.

As far as the experience level of those they hired - is that really the case? 
Even in the region, given the history of auto manufacturing in the region, I 
would expect a number of experience people willing to come back. And, of 
course, you hire and *relocate* good management.

I know a number of people in the industry who were lured to China, put then 
lured back to the U.S.
