Yes, likely more specifically the "Wall Connector" AKA "High Power Wall
Connector" as opposed to a "Mobile Connector". I applaud Tesla for
naming them "connectors" rather than "chargers".
The earlier Wall Connectors could supply up to 80 amps though I believe
current cars are limited to 48-70someodd amps. I haven't known them to
be failure prone. At $500, they are a pretty good value. I have seen
some converted to J1772.
