Seems pretty straightforward. I imagine, if there were enough money in it, someone would be doing it. There are quite a few starting points. Electric buses. The coming generation of highway electric truck tractors. Operational electric ferries. Even airplanes might be considered a starting point. The CyberTruck.
Wayne Alexander was doing tugs. I think to push airplanes around. That was quite a few years ago and I don't know what happened to the project. Or, what became of Wayne.
