In retrospect I believe it was ok and not the failure but cannot be 100% sure. The AC24LS also was working also until the car stopped. The only problem with it that I know is the internal sensor on the non-driven end of the shaft. (RPM Sensor/temp?) If anyone wants either let me know or I am going to junk them.
