I torque my CALB 180's to 14.75 ft lbs, or 20 NM.
This is per EVTV specs.

No idea on the Thundersky.  The large Telecomm batteries we use at work are 110 
inch pounds - or about 9 foot pounds.  We torque them all correctly.
