Who says kids should have all the fun with children’s electric cars? One man
from Philadelphia is out to show that everything is possible if you just put
your mind to it.

Sure, it might not be the smartest thing he thought of and it’s definitely
not safe (while being totally illegal), but at least he was able to put a
smile on the faces of many. Motorists in the busy traffic on Broad Street in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, were shocked to see a grown man at the wheel of
an electric car made for kids.

Talk about a low rider. According to CBS Boston, the video was captured by
Temple student Corbin Weaver and then posted to social media. It attracted a
lot of attention, both positive and negative. You can also see it at the
bottom of the page.

The video is short and offers no indication whatsoever as to the distance
this dude traveled in the white children’s car. It also provides no
indication as to the speed he was going, but you can definitely see him
change lanes, just like he would in a regular-sized car.

Many viewers, including the driver who captured the strange sight, were
amused by it. After all, it’s not everyday that you see a man squeezed in
such a tight space, traveling on a public road in a kiddie car. If this is
not good enough a reason to smile, we don’t know what is.

That said, this is a very dangerous and irresponsible thing to do, even if
he only rode in the car for a very short distance. Kiddie cars are designed
for children and should never be taken on a road – at least not a public
one. By doing it, this man put himself and other motorists in danger.

This is a classic example of “if you can doesn’t mean that you should.”
Funny, but very reckless nonetheless.
