When I saw the photo, my first thought was to wonder if it might be a heavily modified Sinclair C5. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinclair_C5 The C5 was a 3-wheel vehicle. So is this one, according to Bruce's first source, though the other one says it's a 2-wheeler, and it's hard to tell for sure from the photos. One of the less thrilling elements of a C5 was its entirely open cockpit. That probably wasn't such a genius idea, given typical UK weather. This little vehicle's "body," or whatever you call it, would almost certainly be an improvement. This little guy is fascinating. I hope someone reports on it in greater depth.
