If this is the one about multiple rotors in a single housing, I was turned
off by the article.  It was so full of hype and exageragted claims it has to
be BS.  Their claim that they were the ONLKY motor with 90% efficiency is so
old news.... and wrong

The guy is just looking for money from the gullible. IMHO

I’m not really a motor guy but I thought the Model 3 PMSRM Permanent Magnet
Switched Reluctance Motor was the most innovative motor design. Maybe this
is a version of this design the rotor did look like a piece of steel.
