I don?t know if they will or won?t bring in additional services, I only know about the discussions on charging.

The Ohio turnpike has had these for more than half a century. Restaurants and filling stations. It's only logical that EVSE be placed there. If you put an EVSE in the middle of nowhere I'm not sure services would follow or govt. action needed. However the cost per station is 500 dollars plus installation and monetization. It's not very expensive. Level III is another story. America has strip malls everywhere. Plenty of places to put EVSE. Lets see a hydrogen station at that price point.
