Jerry,

The Valence battery rated for 14.8v max input and I’ve monitored the cars 
charge output at the battery- never above 14.7 and that’s only when outside 
temperatures are cold. It actually ramps the voltage down as temperatures go up.

Perhaps you meant that Volt modules behaved that way?
