I'd suggest used Nissan Leaf modules. (That's what I'm using in my F-250 truck). (junkyards, and wrecked car auctions are good sources.) Since each modules charges to about 8.2v, you could use 14 of them in series for a 115v pack. You'd probably want at least 2 in parallel as well for range and current needs. Each one is nominally about 60AH (my older used ones are more like 47AH) useable capacity.
