You're joking here, yes? I'm sure you know that power isn't measured in kWh. I'm not so sure that we should joke about this carelessness and confusion between watt-hours and watts. It doesn't make us look good. I also can't imagine that a Leaf battery's power is limited to only 30kW (assuming that's what you really mean). That would make for some pretty feeble acceleration.
