Something has changed about this ad, or it is not right.
Perhaps Josh has already got a cash in hand buyer and the EV is as good as
gone, or there is something bogus going on (?).
His evdl post did not have an email address.
The craigslist ad is dead, see:

But there was an email address on his evalbum listing. I found a couple
other email addresses he used with some web searches. I also sent an email
via the nabble archive to "Josh Wyatt-2". I got no reply to my emails to him
using any of those, asking for a reply.
