The contest is open to US residents only, and there are only 2,000 raffle tickets available total. The drawing for the contest will be held publicly on December 10, 2015 at 7PM CST during the ISEA organization’s annual membership meeting, where the winner will be notified with a phone call from the ISEA Board President.
