I agree for normal cars. But I have to wonder... what about railroad cars? Their rolling resistance is vastly lower, they have a huge roof area, and almost always sit in the sun. Could one make a commuter train or freight train with PV panels on the roof of every car. Would they collect enough power to be useful?
