Cape May-Lewes Ferry to Install Electric Vehicle Charging Stations By Mark Fowser Updated Friday, November 14, 2014 - 2:53am Photo courtesy of DRBA and UD Drivers of electric vehicles will have a way to charge their vehicles at the Lewes terminal of the Cape May - Lewes Ferry. The Delaware River and Bay Authority says two electric charging stations will be installed as part of a collaborative research agreement with the University of Delaware and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources. They will be located in the public parking lot near the terminal building and will be available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
