Get a sneak peek at Kia and Smitten Ice Cream’s custom Soul EV for the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. ] Although Kia promises that its 2014 SEMA Show lineup will “highlight the imprint motorsports has left on the brand’s DNA,” we struggle to see anything motorsports-related at the Smitten Ice Cream Soul EV. There is a slight connection, however, as Kia’s theme for this year’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas (November 4-7) is called “A Day at the Races.” What would racing be like for fans without ice cream? No need to answer that, as Kia’s proposal for an unusual ice cream truck is the Smitten Ice Cream Soul EV concept. The electric vehicle has received the red and white livery of San Francisco-based Smitten Ice Cream company, as well as a small trailer which presumably has the role to store ice cream. No details were offered about the concept, so we’ll have to wait for Kia to reveal more about it and its other SEMA concepts in coming weeks.
