The 2015 Spark is on sale now at Chevrolet dealerships. Pricing on the companion 2015 Chevrolet Spark EV or electric vehicle was announced earlier this year. The Spark EV starts at $27,495, reflecting no price increase over the 2014 model. It is on sale now at dealerships in California and Oregon. The Spark is a carryover vehicle with minimal changes for the new model year. Improved connectivity is the biggest upgrade. The car now features OnStar with 4G LTE and a standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. Key competitors to the Spark include the Fiat 500, Scion iQ, Smart Fortwo and Mitsubishi Mirage. Edmunds says: The Spark is aimed at millennial customers who will pay more but get greater connectivity.
