I shopped five years to get a Dodge Cummins pickup WITHOUT power windows, power locks, power lumbar support, etc. It seems anyone willing to $4,000 extra for a diesel engine is also willing to pay for accessory packages. But I wanted windows that would roll down when the battery was dead, and door locks that didn't stop working when the switch contacts arced.
