Although the original 1991 EVDL charter mentions fuel cells, the list 
decided by consensus nearly 20 years ago that we'd minimize discussion of H2 
and fuel cells.  IIRC, the main reason was that the discussion tended to 
create a fair bit of heat, but not very much light.  

That doesn't seem to have changed much.

Not that I want to send anybody away, but if H2 and fuel cells are your only 
(or perhaps even your primary) interests in the EV world, maybe the EVDL 
isn't really the place for you.  However, I'd just about wager that you have 
other EV-related interests too.  Bring 'em on!  But please save the H2 and 
fuel cell discussion for other more appropriate forums.  

Another perfectly reasonable way of handling H2 and fuel cell discussion is 
to immediately take those discussions off the list and continue them in 
private email.

EVDL topics range pretty wide - and we like it that way - but this is one of 
a very small number of topics that we discourage.  You'll find all the 
details in the EVDL conventions.  Please read them.
