Boy, the truck is a LOT nicer to drive with this new battery pack. 320V of Lithium with a 600A limit is a LOT nicer than 288V of lead with a 250A limit. Being able to accelerate up a fairly steep hill is great!
Just did a 34.5 mi trip, used 80.6AH, probably averaging around 310V. So, 25KWH, or 724 WH/Mile. Still kinda high. (but possibly "normal" for such a behemoth of a vehicle.) Peak motor temp was about 70 degC after a long uphill at highway speed. -- Worlds only All Electric F-250 truck! http://john.casadelgato.com/Electric-Vehicles/1995-Ford-F-250 _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
