I saw a guy riding one of these one-wheel thingyys and he was as artful as a Segway, and could reachn speeds of 12 MPH and in full control. If y ou havent seen one of these you wont believe it.
Imagine he caveman on the one-wheel in the B.C. comic strip and that is exactly what this looks like.
