Hi! interesting topic. In my case there some realities that I enjoy, because they show me another style of life. I admit that a lot of reality shows are a pure garbage. However one can choice what you want to see.
I think that besides to criticize this way of tv programmes, they can be used as a tool to develop the quality of television.
