Well, in my country.. it is been a while that I haven't been there, but
last time I was there , you could smoke in public places, there were
restriction, frequently with a sign of  a "no smoke" but other then that; I
knew that smoking  was not banned. The thing with Mexico is that there is a
lot of corruption, which makes it harder to establish laws.
