Yes Dieles, I agree with you. Study english has to be a habit to acquire more easily.
The problem is that sometimes we have short time to study and take exam and acquire a language in short periods is hard. when this happen I think that the more effective way is to travel for a period of time to one place that speak native english, but do it is expensive.
