of course yes... I usually listen mp3 podcast from two main web site:

http://www.spotlightradio.net/listen/ and http://www.eslpod.com/website/

If you want something to watch I like that one:
http://www.nyc.gov/html/weareny/html/home/home.shtml and www.ted.com/

This is resource enough to me...
