Hello Chaya Jason Reinaldo Vera Eckman and other yet silent ones,;)

I almost forgot this thread started by me!LOL

There is so much 'distraction' of upcoming interesting inputs from
everywhere every day that I feel lost with so many messages to
read,then to respond to!;)

I'm not complaining though.I enjoy each and every message apearing on
this message board !!!

I am very impressed by you attitude towards career,Reinaldo!

A lot of successful people share your view that fame or wealth isn't
their first concern.
They often tell me if they can be famous or wealthy, that'll be great.
If they can't,they'll still do what they think they should do.

The goals they set for themselves drive them to work harder, and their
own satisfaction is the only reward they are after!;)

For myself,I think the most important is to have a great 'mentor' or
'coach' who could be someone well-experienced and generous, either from
your own workplace or from relevant line of business,
someone who'll not feel jealous or threathened if you may climb higher
on the hierarchical ladder someday...

I've heard a lot and experienced some myself...
so I'd like to share with all of you here that
it's very sad and unworthy of your time and efforts if your direct
manger or supervior isn't competent enough to know who's good at the
job
or unwilling to share his/her knowledge with you...:(

Since I got married and since I became a mother,my priority shifted
dramatically after those 2 major events of my life!
I agree totally with Eckman that being a happy wife and a happy mother
is far more appealing to someone like me
though it's 10 times more complicated and exhousting than being a good
employee of the company!;)

Career to me now is something I enjoy doing while I'm away from
home!;)
It gives me a sense of self-worth,but it doesn't make me feel I'm
dispensible or I need to be so attached to my work...
I can drop my work anytime when my family needs me or when we have
better things to do.

I would consider it as a 'tragedy' if I can't live without my wok or
can't stop talking about my work AFTER WORK!!!
Watch out,Pablo!!!You are on your way to this bumpy road with no
return!LOL

Good night,everyone!
Sleepy Claire
