Dogs are one thing - people - something else! However, some kind of GPS device should be put into the clothing of children and the elderly. Just in case.

It goes back to the question we discussed before: Which is more important,your freedom,privacy or national security? It's just too crazy for me to comprehend if our personal data can be obtained by anyone that easily for whatever reasons you'll never know.... To replace you won't be that hard and how are you going to prove you are you?! Simply too creepy to me!:( By the way,in some countires they already inserted chips to dogs to trace their owners in case they go stray or harm someone.
