It depends on chosen country because some countries education level can be lover than your own country. ıf person wants to go to another country for study, I think the target should be chosen carefuly. Improving foreign language is useful another country which is professional about language programme. On the other hand, it is a kind of experience. Living in the foreign country changes person's point of view, adds different knowledge and culture. However we should be careful. I am saying this all time because I'm from Turkey. Some of Turkish students went to USA for improving their English with work and travel programme. And they are worked in very bad places there. they wanted to leave from these places but they couldn't. After than they contacted with Turkish goverment and then came to Turkey terribly with goverment's effort. For this reason I wanna say as underline: BE CAREFUL everybody
