Everybody has experienced difficulties in their life. Losses, death,
bankruptcy, illness, etc are examples of miserable events that may occur in
one's life. In spite of the fact that these challenges are hard to tolerate,
in that period of time, one should not just regret and blame himself instead
he should adopt an approach to lessen these sorrows. There are some measures
that have been proved by experience to be effective in such circumstances.

First and foremost, God always takes care of us so if we open our heart to
him and pray and ask him to improve the situation, God will for sure helps
us and inspires us the best way to follow. Besides, praying has been proved
to be an effective way to relieve human spirits.

Secondly, in tough situations one should not be separated from relatives and
friends. Instead joining a group of friends can basically distance your mind
from pressures even for a while. This will relax the mind and makes it
capable of finding better solutions to solve the problem. In case of death
suffering, talking to a good friend who is kind to you is a very healing
option.

Finally, It is very important to control ourselves in difficult times and
constantly tell to ourselve that we are capable of overcoming this situation
and I am stronger than being defeated by this problem whatever painful it
is.

These are some strategies that have been proved useful to me in order to
take in hardships. It is of great importance to think about them and learn
how to apply them in case something rough happens.
