Hello,

>> Q1. When a child kills, who do you think is most responsible? The
>> parents? Society? The child?

I think that somehow we should blame parents, society and a child but
imho I suppose most resposible for a murder are parents. Why? Because
parents bring up their children and it's up to them how they're going
to do it. Maybe they won't care or maybe they will care too much. I
think that in every situation, it can be about upbringing or anything
else, we should find a proper balance and try not to cross the line
this way or another one. It's surely easy to say or write that
parents
can keep their children away from bad society and so much harder to
do
but if you try really really hard you can keep your children away
from
all that sh*t... And what if not? What if we can't prevent them from
that... well, although it's cruel I guess then I can say that's why
parents are most responsible for a murder like that.

>> Q2. Are there any obvious ways to prevent such horrors? What are they?

As a teenager I've been through a lot of staff (I know you may think
I'm just a kid but as every teenager I've seen and have been through
a
lot of sh*tty situations) and I can honestly admit that what parents
need to do is love their children and show it to them how much they
love him/her and talk a lot... talk without judging but helping by
descent
conversation without sreaming... Children need to know that their
parents love them and that they have complete trust in one another ;)

>> Q3. If you feel your country's situation is very different from or
>> better than the one in the US, can you explain why?

Well it is different as you cannot buy a gun everywhere in Poland,
seriously it's hard to get one here. Of course if you know THE right
people, you'll get it but for sure it's not that easy. What's more,
in
Poland parents are a bit old fashioned, while at the same time
parents
in the US aren't. I think that in Poland parents are more strict just
like hundred years ago, while in the US even 100 years ago I get a
feeling it was 'lighter' than here...
