The teacher suggests/proposes:

1. Read quickly. Don't use the dictionary. Underline/highlight unknown
words. Get the text context.

2. Read again. Use the dictionary. Write a sentence summarizing each
paragraph.

3. Read again. Summarize the whole article. You have to understand
everything.  You read it faster.
