Dear all, I have a suggestion on making our members more confident and more inspired to write more, and therefore learn more.
My idea is originated when seeing encouragement methods in some forums I participate in. They use the "thanks button" to rank the level of memberships. I recognized that google also provides a rating tool for members to judge their friends' discussions. I think it would be useful to apply this function to encourage members to increase their writings in both quality and quantity. When making an writing, I think most of us want to know how others think or feel about our products and we would be really happy if they're appreciated. This would give the writers an hobby of writing and an aspiration of determining themselves. Therefore, I suggest that if we appreciate a discussion, we can make the authors more motivative by making a vote for them. By doing like this, we can be more confident and therefore more active.
