I am simone.I must say u have got a really good topic.About this topic I can say that in today's scenario it is indeed becoming more n more apparent the tie which is developing between the businesses and universities .Universities are proving to be a platform from where the businesses can procure the kind of Human Resources they need for their specific business functions not only this also companies are now joining hands with various universities and are coming up with such type of tailor - made courses specifically designed to suit the HR requirements of that particular business/ company.On the other hand, universities are also benefitting a lot from this tie-up as when businesses came to their campus it gives an opportunity to the students of the university of getting a good job without searching for a job here n their.Apart from this the funds provided by these businesses to the universities help them a lot in developing their Infrastructural facilities and in procuring more staff for their organization.Hence helping them to attract more businesses to their campus .
