I always believe that to do a good job you have to be doing what you enjoy When hiring you always ask why do you want to do this job I believe if some one enjoy what they are doing they put their heart into it they enjoy doing the task and it become more then a job to them On a personal level I will never do a task that I do not enjoy doing I enjoy cooking so I have found that I am a great cook I do not like to clean up and I always find that when I have to do it I find it take forever to get it done
