In this regard i would like to say that the amount provided by the universities to enhance their libraries and the one they allocate to improve their sports facilities should be done on the basis of a survey done among the students of the university rather then the decision taken solely by the management of the university.It is because it is the students who use the facilities of the university be it that of the library or sports or any other facilities.So I would like to conclude with this view that decisions on this matter like that of money allocation should be arrived at through a consensus between the university management and the outcome of the survey conducted among the students. As College is the place which is for the students,of the students & by the students.
