We've been unaware of a few notifications of new member applications, so
I'm in favor of this. I assume we can roll back bad changes and report
abuse if needed.

Also, it turns out we can create a forum on the wiki.  See the "Forum &
discussion" link at http://erma.wikidot.com/admin:manage  Should we do
this, or start a Google group?

I'd like to loosen the restrictions on the ERMA wiki. I'm thinking  
that making the only requirement that an editor has a log in to Wikidot.
