There is a preference to turn it off right now (print.tab_modal.enabled), but that preference will be going away in the near future. That preference can be managed via policy. Personally, I love it. Much more usable than our old printing stuff (which honestly hadn't been updated in 10+ years). If there's stuff you need, please open bugs <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Toolkit&component=Printing>. Duplex and Simplify Printing mode should hopefully land in this Nightly release, which are a couple of the most requested features we’re lacking.
