Hey Hans,

Sorry if others have responded to this already. In addition to that policy 
being set, I have an Environment Variable set using regeditor. I believe that 
you should try this and see if it works.

In windows,

  *   search for “edit environment variables for your account”

  *   click “Environment Variables…”
  *   Under System Variables table, click “New…”
     *   Variable name: MOZ_LEGACY_PROFILES
     *   Value: 1

After doing this, you should be able to use the same profile from 32 bit in 64 
bit. The part you will need to figure out is how to insert the System Variable 
at an enterprise level deployment. Hope that helps,

we use Firefox ESR on Terminalservers (Citrix).
We have set the Policy LegacyProfiles = true, but this setting doesn’t seem to 
work.
After an Update to Version 78.6.1esr (64Bit) a new Profile is created and now 
the users miss their bookmarks
