Great question, and thanks for pointing it out. I've updated the README.md
to be more clear.
The answer is empty string (").
And as far as what it shows instead, it's either homepage or restore your
session depending on what you have set.
These policies prevent these pages from being shown, so the browser would
act as if it were a normal startup.
