View Source for the message shows that the message is indeed signed. Messages composed in this version also are correctly signed, but do not display as signed.
If I Restart with Add-Ons Disabled... or Restart and re-enable Add-ons the OpenPGP feature displays correctly. However, if I exit Thunderbird and start it the feature is gone again. I also explored making changes permanent and resetting options with the same results.
I believe there were no issues with the previous version but have not reinstalled to verify that.
