Somehow it is good to hear that this is a bug and not a feature. :-)

i have logged a bug report on this but no answer yet, i have also
reproduced in my lab environment, i have got it to work once using
msi installer, but not on exe installed, and if i uninstall exe
installed and install msi it does not work, so seems something gets
tainted.
Any input would be appreciated,
