What platform are you using? The easiest way to do this would be to create
a policies.json with:
{
"policies": {
"BlockAboutAddons": true, "BlockAboutConfig": true
}
}
and put it in the appropriate place based on:
https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/README.md
