Adobe drops support for flash at the end of this year (flash EOL
31.12.2020), after that there are no security patches, so if you have
some internal websites that use flash you should hurry up to replace
them with more modern techs.

We have also the same question with TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols.
At this stage it is likely that Firefox ESR 78 will have TLS 1.2 as the
minimum version by default. However, Firefox 78 ESR will have support
for enabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 via policy and via a button when you
encounter deprecated TLS errors. Whether or not the default TLS version
will definitely be raised for Firefox 78 ESR is still being decided.
