You can set app.update.log to get more information in Firefox (results will
be on the console).

You can also check

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Mozilla

There should be an updates directory with a log.

I think the next step here is to get a bugzilla bug opened so we can track
this better and get it off of the list.
