Are you installing Firefox in a different directory? See: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/understanding-depth-profile-installation
For an understanding of what's going on and how to turn it off. We're also making a change so 64 bit Firefox installs in the same directory as 32 bit (which is causing the new profiles).
