I have seen this before when FF version change changed one of the integers to boolean. That broke the setting compatibility between two versions and you needed new settings for new version. Maybe this is one of those cases (IE. previous was 0/1 for on/off and new was true/false for on/off for same preference)

    contain 2.4. version instead of 2.4.2 in github? Neither version
    doesn't seem to output working Autoconfig for ESR 68
