The email said it was from [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> and the IP address of the SMTP server was for this domain while the survey link itself was for https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/.

Then they received the e-mail with the actual survey. There was an issue where the e-mails were not being sent out, and that was resolved this morning, so they probably entered their e-mail address a while ago and the survey e-mail was just sent out today.
